2. Journal #2: Literature as a Mirror/Window Response - In your Learning Journal, respond to the following question: How is literature both a window and a mirror to/of human experience?  Write a 1/3-3/4 page response.  Include examples to illustrate your point.

3. Close Reading: Understanding the Culture in Context of The Epic of Gilgamesh.  Complete the Culture in Context assignment.

1. Classical Roots Lesson #2 - Complete 5 Word Maps in your Learning Journal based on the lesson words.
